Authentic cozy summerhouse close to the beach

The house is on 113 m², and contains a kitchen dining area, 4 bedrooms with 5 beds (1 bunk bed and 3 double beds) and a traveling bed for a 0-3 year-old. There is a toilet and shower with floor heat. It has a great private garden with toys, fire area, a grill and a large terrace. There are garden chairs and tables.

The house is spacious and have the following:
